An employee assistance program (EAP) is a work-based intervention program designed to assist members and dependents in resolving personal problems. Members receive a free 30-minute telephone or in-person consultation with one of Anthem's contracted network attorneys or mediators. Additional legal services are available at a 25% discount from customary fees. Anthem's network of legal professionals can discuss almost any type of legal issue with members including:

Elder & Child Care Consultation
